On the 30th birthday of Slow Food Italy and the 20th anniversary of the first edition of Salone del Gusto the City of Turin, the Region of Piedmont and Slow Food are hosting the event which will be held in the most magical, beautiful places of Turin: Parco del Valentino, Borgo Medievale, Palazzo Reale, Teatro Carignano, Circolo dei Lettori and Reggia di Venaria.
Slow Food Movement and Terra Madre are working together to make clear that gastronomic pleasure should go always together with sustainability and responsibility for our planet. This is the reason why Salone del Gusto is named Salone del Gusto Terra Madre, from 2016 onwards.
